By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Products
All products sold on this website are genuine pre-owned luxury goods. We do not sell replicas, counterfeits, or imitation products. Every item is authenticated by CGC third-party inspection before shipment. Product images are actual photos of the items for sale.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) and do not include international shipping, import duties, customs taxes, or local clearance fees. Full advance payment is required before shipment. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
4. Shipping and Customs
We ship via DHL or FedEx under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms. The buyer is responsible for all import duties, customs taxes, and local clearance fees in the destination country. Shipping costs are quoted separately from product prices.
5. Returns and Refunds
All sales are final once shipped. As pre-owned luxury items, we do not accept returns after delivery. Please review all product details, photos, and condition grades carefully before purchasing. CGC authentication is provided for every item as proof of authenticity.
6. Condition Grading
We use a standardized condition grading system: Unworn (brand new, never used), 95% Like New, 90% Very Good, Others. As pre-owned items, minor signs of wear may exist even in higher-graded items. Please refer to actual product photos for condition assessment.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, and design, is the property of LuxePre-Owned. Brand names and trademarks mentioned are property of their respective owners and are used only for product identification purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability
LuxePre-Owned shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
