Important information about returns for pre-owned luxury items

All Sales Are Final

Since our goods are pre-owned second-hand luxury items, we do not support returns after delivery. All sales are final once the item has been shipped.

Authenticity Guarantee

We guarantee item authenticity via CGC third-party inspection before dispatch. Every item is authenticated and an official inspection report is included with your parcel. If you have concerns about authenticity upon receipt, the CGC report serves as proof of genuineness.

Why No Returns?

Pre-owned luxury items are unique one-of-a-kind goods

Items cannot be resold as new once shipped and handled

Risk of item swapping or damage during return transit

CGC authentication provides buyer protection before shipment

What We Recommend

Review all product photos and condition details carefully before purchasing
Ask questions via WhatsApp if you need more photos or information
Understand the condition grade (Unworn / 95% / 90% / 85%) before ordering
Note that pre-owned items may show minor signs of wear as described
